Mr. & Mrs. Gillin {Countryside Wedding}

              "Love is friendship set on fire."
               ~Jeremy Taylor

There is something so very special when childhood friends become husband & wife. When your best friend for as long as you can remember becomes the dearest to your heart. Rebekah & Greg knew each other since they were young, and their families were very close. Rebekah's mom told me how Rebekah's brothers and Greg used to hide from her when they were younger, back when girls had "cooties." But then one day those childhood friends grew up and fell in love.

Rebekah & Greg's wedding was a perfect celebration of their love and their special relationships with their family & friends. The wedding took place at Rebekah's parents' home, at an adorable farm with a stunning backdrop. Everything about the wedding was carefully thought out, and so very beautiful. I loved all the "pinterest" touches to the day, and the venue looked straight out of a storybook. The whole day was carefree and relaxed. Children ran about in the grass, friends chatting over popcorn and cupcakes, & laughter filled the air as the lanterns twinkled above. The evening light was to die for, and these photos are some of my favorite to date.

Rebekah & Greg have such a wonderful relationship. They are so comfortable together, and you can tell they just adore being with each other. The way they smile, laugh, and look at each is so special, and I loved capturing their adorable love story.

(This wedding was also very special, because my boyfriend, Mark, was my second shooter. He is so talented, was such a huge help, & was the best support team I could ask for. He got some amazing shots.)
